This report gives an overview of the Appraisals:

* **Appraisal Cycle & Appraisal**
* **Feedback Count**: Number of feedback documents created against the appraisal
* **Goal Score**: Goal completion score against KRA
* **Avg Feedback Score**: Avg of all the feedback scores received
* **Self Score**: Self Appraisal Score
* **Final Score**: Avg of Goal Score, Feedback Score, and Self Score
