Raven shows a preview card under links in messages. Admins can turn on join cards for Frappe Meet links, and stop previews for some links. Both settings apply to everyone on the site.

Only Raven admins and System Managers can change these settings. They are at the end of **Settings > Preferences**, under **Link previews**.

## Frappe Meet sites

Frappe Meet can run on any Frappe site, so Raven needs the list of sites where it runs. Links to a meeting on a site in this list show a card with a **Join** button. A meeting link looks like `https://meet.example.com/meet/<meeting ID>`.

1. Open **Settings > Preferences**.
2. Next to **Frappe Meet sites**, click **Configure**. When sites are added, the button shows how many.
3. Click **Add site**.
4. Enter the site's address, such as `meet.example.com`. A full URL works too.
5. Click **Save**.

To remove a site, click **×** on its row, then click **Save**.

## Blocked link previews

Links on this list never show a preview. The link itself still works, and it is still listed under the channel's links.

1. Open **Settings > Preferences**.
2. Next to **Blocked link previews**, click **Configure**. When links are added, the button shows how many.
3. Click **Add link**.
4. Enter a domain or a URL.
5. To block only that one URL, tick **Exact**.
6. Click **Save**.

| Row | What it blocks |
| :--- | :--- |
| `example.com` | Every link on example.com and its subdomains, such as `blog.example.com`. |
| `example.com/careers`, **Exact** ticked | Only that URL. Other pages on example.com still show previews. `http` and `https` count as the same. |

A block also hides previews on messages sent before you added it. To remove a row, click **×** on it, then click **Save**.

Other people see join cards for a new Frappe Meet site after they reload Raven. The same goes for blocked video embeds, such as YouTube.
