Channel admins use it to add people, remove people and choose other admins. ## See who is in a channel Click the photos at the top right of the channel. Or click the channel name, then click **Members**.

The number next to **Members** is how many people are in the channel. Admins have an **Admin** badge. Type in **Search** to find someone by name or email. To send someone a direct message, point to their row, click **⋯**, then click **Message**. ## Add people 1. Open the members list. 2. Click **Add**. 3. Search for people by name or email. 4. Click each person you want to add. 5. Click the button at the bottom right. It shows how many people you picked, such as **Add 1 member**.

The list shows only people in the workspace who are not in the channel yet. Open channels have no **Add** button, because everyone in the workspace is already a member. ## Remove someone or make them an admin 1. Point to the person's row and click **⋯**. 2. Click **Make admin**, **Remove admin** or **Remove from channel**.

The change happens right away. Raven posts a short note in the channel about it, such as "Maya Lindqvist removed Ravi Menon." :::note Only channel admins can add people, remove people and change admins. A Raven Admin who is a member of the channel can add people and change admins too. ::: ## On the mobile app Tap the channel name at the top, then tap **Members**. The list opens from the bottom of the screen. The **⋯** button shows on every row.
