Open it in a browser, or in the mobile app, and sign in with your account on the site. ## Open Raven Go to your site's address and add `/raven` to the end, for example `https://yoursite.com/raven`. You can also click **Raven** on your site's apps page. If you are not signed in, Raven sends you to the site's login page first. :::note You need the Raven User role to open Raven. If Raven says **You cannot access Raven.**, ask an admin to add you. See [Add people to Raven](wiki:760412403a85). ::: ## Set up Raven for your team On a new site, people with the System Manager or Raven Admin role see a setup page when they open Raven. It stays until one of them finishes it. Setup takes a few steps, one at a time. A preview next to the steps shows how Raven will look. 1. **Set up your profile:** add a photo and check your full name. 2. **Set up your workspace:** enter a workspace name and, if you like, a logo and a description. On a site with ERPNext, the name starts as your company's name. Click **Create workspace**. 3. **Create your first channel:** enter a name and pick a channel type. If you leave the name empty, the channel is called general. The type starts as Open, so everyone in the workspace is in the channel. If the workspace already has a #general channel, setup uses it. 4. **Add your team:** add people who already have an account on the site, and invite others by email. They are added to the new workspace and channel. 5. **Frappe HR:** this step shows only when Frappe HR is installed. Turn on **Show who's on leave** to show a badge on the profile of people on leave. Raven opens after the last step. The Add your team step of setup :::note Only a System Manager can invite people by email, or add people on the site who are not in Raven yet. A Raven Admin without the System Manager role can add people who are already in Raven. For a Raven Admin, the **Add your team** step shows only when the site has people who are not in Raven or not in any workspace. ::: If Frappe's own setup wizard is not finished, Raven sends you to Desk to finish it first. This does not happen on Frappe Cloud. ## Set up your profile After setup is finished, each new person sees one step the first time they open Raven: **Set up your profile**. Add a photo, check your full name, and click **Finish**. The profile step a new member sees You can change your photo and name later.
