**Settings > Users** lists everyone who has Raven. From there, admins choose the workspaces and channels each person is in, and turn accounts off and on.

## See who has Raven

1. Click your photo at the bottom of the left rail, then click **Settings**.
2. Click **Users**.

The list shows each person's name, email and status. Search by name or email at the top. A person whose account is turned off has a **Disabled** label.

Everyone can see the list. Admins also get a **⋮** button on each row.

| Action | What it does | Who can do it |

| Manage access | Changes the workspaces and channels the person is in. | Raven Admin or System Manager |
| Disable | Turns off the person's account on the site. | System Manager |
| Enable | Turns a disabled account back on. | System Manager |

## Manage a person's access

1. Click **⋮** on the person's row.
2. Click **Manage access**.
3. Tick a workspace to add the person to it. Untick it to remove them.
4. To change their channels, click **Select channels** or the channel count next to a ticked workspace. Then tick or untick channels.
5. Click **Save**.

Removing someone from a workspace also removes them from its channels.

You can change only the workspaces you are an admin of. Other workspaces show their tick, but you can't change it. The channel list shows the channels you are a member of. You can add the person to any of them, but you can remove them only from channels you are an admin of.

## Disable a person

Disabling turns off the person's whole account on the site, not just Raven. They are logged out everywhere, and can't log in until the account is enabled again.

1. Click **⋮** on the person's row.
2. Click **Disable**.
3. Click **Disable** to confirm.

You can't disable yourself.

## Enable a person

1. Click **⋮** on the row of a disabled person.
2. Click **Enable**.

Enabling turns the account back on and gives back the Raven User role.

## Remove someone from Raven only

To take away Raven but keep the person's account on the site, remove the Raven User role from them in Desk. They then show as **Disabled** in the Users list. See [Roles and permissions](wiki:59c69c9001eb).
