### How To Apply For Evaluations

**Step 1: Access the PRM Portal via frappe.io**

1. Log in to the Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Portal on Frappe Cloud using your official partner credentials.
2. From your Certification tab, click on the "Apply for Certification".

**Step 3: Enrollment & Frappe School Access**

1. The system will automatically create a user in Frappe School if one is not already present.
2. The selected partner member will be enrolled into the Partner Evaluation Batch.
3. A confirmation email will be sent from Frappe School, which includes:
  - A link to schedule your evaluation.
    - Batch access details.

### Additional Requirement for Frappe Framework Certification

💡 **Important Note**: For Frappe Framework evaluations, submission of a [4-day assignment](https://docs.frappe.io/school/framework-assignments/day-0) is mandatory before scheduling.

- Assignment details will be shared in the Frappe School enrolment email.
- Ensure the assignment is submitted as instructed before proceeding to schedule the evaluation.

**Step 4: Schedule Your Evaluation**

1. Click the evaluation schedule link from the email and log in to Frappe School.
2. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Reset Password option.
3. Once logged in:
  - You will be redirected to the evaluation batch page.
    - Click on “Schedule Evaluation.”
    - Choose your course (ERPNext or Frappe Framework).
    - Select a preferred date and choose from the available time slots.

**Step 5: Confirmation & Google Meet Invite**

1. After scheduling:
  - You will receive a Google Meet invite with the evaluator’s details.
    - Your calendar and the evaluator’s calendar will be automatically updated.

### Reschedule the evaluation

- You can cancel to reschedule the evaluation at any time up to 24 hours before the scheduled slot.
- Rescheduling updates are reflected in both your and the evaluator’s calendars.

### The Evaluation Call

This will be a 1-on-1 Google Meet call with the evaluation (usually 45-60 minutes), where the evaluator will start by discussing your final assignment, and then moving to asking you questions one by one.

- 🚨 **Important Note**: If you don't pass your evaluation in the first call, you will get a second (and final) chance to prepare again and re-apply for evaluation. You can ask for the list of topics you were not confident in (which will help you prepare), from the evaluator if not provided.
- Make sure you have gone through all the essential readings and viewings linked in the handouts!

### Certificate Release

Once you pass the evaluation(s), we will release the certificate in a day or two and you will become a Certified ERPNext consultant/Frappe Developer! 🎉🎉🎉

🚨 **Important Note**:

- A partner is considered fully certified only when they have 2 certified individuals, through either free or paid certifications.
- Certification is linked to the individual, not the partner company.
- If a certified individual leaves a partner company, their certification remains with them
- If a partner hires someone already certified, the certification cannot be claimed under the partner’s record without written consent from the certified individual.
- Consent must be emailed from the original registered email ID to Frappe School.

### FAQs

1. What if I don't pass in the first evaluation call?

Answer: We will share the list of topics that you were not confident about and ask you to prepare those. Once you are ready with those topics, you can apply for another round of evaluation.
