How to enable Paid by Partner option for customer account
Step 1: Link the customer account to the partner
Paid by partner option is only visible if the customer account is linked to the partner. The first step is to ask the customer to link the partner code to their account.
Step 2: The customer should change the payment mode to ‘Paid by Partner’
The customer can access this option from Billing > Overview > Mode of payment. Customers should select the option called “Paid by Partner”. Once done, the partner will be able to see the customer account, plan selected, and the invoice amount payable as part of the invoice raised to the partner. Partner will not be able to see any other details of the partner, and the customer will have full ownership of their data.
