What is PRM portal?

PRM portal is the Partner Relationship Management Portal. It is the one place you can view and manage all the details of your partnership. You can find everything here including leads that reach out via partner listing, leads shared by Frappe team, marketing resources, invoices for linked customers, certified members in your organisation, and much more.

How to access PRM on Frappe Cloud:

To access Partner portal on FC, click on the Partnership section on the dashboard side bar and you should see the Overview page and other tabs.

Partner Lead

You can see all the leads assigned to your team in this tab. In each lead, you can see the lead details and update them. Here are some best practices while reaching out to leads.

  1. Respond promptly: Reach out to leads as soon as they are passed to you.
  2. Maintain status and follow-ups: Maintain follow-ups and status to inform the deal owner.
  3. Why lead hygiene and conversion matter: Proper lead management and faster conversions for the leads passed via PRM will encourage sales team to pass more leads to you.

Partner Dashboard

Dashboard helps you visualise your progress with the number cards and charts showing your Contribution trend over past year and Site and Team distribution.

Certifications

Find all the certificate details in the certification tab. You can also add your certificates.

Link Certificate

You can apply for Free certifications directly by clicking on Apply for Certification.

Partner Member

Your Frappe Cloud team members are considered as Partner Members. You can view the team members list from Settings > Team.

You add a new Partner member click on Add Member and send an Invite to them to join your team. You can also assign a predefined role to the member while inviting the member.

Note: As a member of a partner team, if you have your own Frappe Cloud team, please Switch to Partner Team to access PRM.

Permissions

To give restricted dashboard access to your team members you can configure roles and permissions, based on which you can control the dashboard access for each members.

To create new roles, navigate to Settings > Permissions.

Once the role is created, click on ‘+‘ icon to add members to the new role created.

From the settings tab, you can choose which access to be given to which role. Under ‘Allow Partner Access‘, you can configure more granular access in partnership tab.

Contributions

You can see revenue contributions from all your customers here. You can also breakdown for each invoice.
