How to reach Silver tier
Additional Benefits
- More trust: Silver partners are expected to meet a PMM level 4, which is more stringent and demonstrates higher process excellence compared to level 3, which is mandatory for Bronze. Achieving PMM Level 4 significantly enhances trust and credibility.
- Better listing: Silver partners are visible on the main partner listing page, right below Gold, with a large card layout. They get a profile page to list their company information, website, address, success stories, and strengths.
- More leads: With better listing, website mentions and recognition, the Silver Partner profile page receives higher website traffic and more leads.
- High-value deals: Silver partners get priority listing and attract higher-value enterprise prospects.
Eligibility Criteria
- Monthly recurring revenue of $3150 / INR 2,50,000 or above on Frappe Cloud. This includes revenue from both directly and indirectly billed accounts. This approximately means ~12 small business customers (with ~$50 sites on Frappe Cloud) or 3-4 mid to large sized customers.
- PMM Score of 4 or above: You must initiate a PMM audit at least 60 days prior to your expected upgrade date. Our team of experts will audit your processes. And only after you successfully meet the PMM Score 3 criteria, you will be listed as a Silver partner.
The MRR contribution increases every year. It is recommended that you verify the criteria with the Frappe team.
