- Customer trust: When customers choose partners, they look for someone who can be trusted, who runs a business with systematic processes and someone who keeps their promises. This is exactly what the Emerging tier signifies. To become an Emerging partners, partners have to meet the level 3 mentioned in the Partner Maturity Program (PMM).
- Better listing: Emerging partners are visible on the main partner listing page, right below Bronze, with a smaller card layout. Website visitors on the partner listing page can click on the logo and reach out to you directly. Leads created from here get passed to you directly from the PRM portal.
Eligibility Criteria
- Monthly recurring revenue of $350 (or INR equivalent) or above on Frappe Cloud. This includes revenue from both directly and indirectly billed accounts.
- PMM Score of 3 or above: You must initiate a PMM audit at least 30 days prior to your expected upgrade date. Our team of experts will audit your processes. And only after you successfully meet the PMM Score 3 criteria, you will be listed as an Emerging partner.
The MRR contribution increases every year. It is recommended that you verify the criteria with the Frappe team.
