Add a Program

Learning Paths

Learning Paths allow instructors to group multiple courses into structured Programs. This makes it easier for students to follow a guided sequence of courses and track their overall progress.

Creating a Program

1. Navigate to the Programs section.
2. Click on the New button.
3. Enter a Title for your Program.
4. Add Courses to the Program.
5. Check the Enable Course Order option only if you want to enforece the order
6. You can also publish the program from here now or at any later point.

Managing Enrollment

There are two ways students can join Programs:

1. Published Programs: Students can view the Program, enroll themselves, and progress through its courses.
2. Private Programs: Instructors can manually enroll selected students without making the Program public.

Student Experience

1. Students will see a Programs list they are enrolled in or other that are published.
2. Each Program displays its courses in sequence.
3. Students can click on a course to enroll and begin learning.
4. If Enforce Course Order is enabled, students must complete one course before moving to the next.
5. Progress is tracked and displayed on the Program page.

Tracking Progress

Instructors can view a Progress Summary for the Programs, giving them insight into student engagement and completion rates.
