• Appraisal Cycle & Appraisal

• Feedback Count: Number of feedback documents created against the appraisal

• Goal Score: Goal completion score against KRA

• Avg Feedback Score: Avg of all the feedback scores received

• Self Score: Self Appraisal Score

• Final Score: Avg of Goal Score, Feedback Score, and Self Score
