Module Profile

Module Profile feature simplifies the process of restricting modules for multiple users. You can define module access in one place and apply it to multiple users, similar to how "Role Profiles" work.

To access Module Profile, go to:

Home > Users > Module Profile

How to Use Module Profiles

1. Create a Module Profile

   1. Go to Module Profile List, click on New
   2. Add the following details: Name: A unique name for the profile. Restricted Modules: Select the modules that users assigned to this profile can access.
   3. Save the profile.

   

2. Assign Module Profile to Users

   1. Go to the User form.
   2. Select the appropriate Module Profile in the "Module Profile" field.
   3. Save.

You can also use Data Import or REST API for bulk assignments.
