Contacts are the people you work with – decision makers, stakeholders, and the person who replied to your email. While a deal is tied to an organization, it's usually a person who actually moves things forward. Think of Contacts as the people database for your sales team. Everyone your team has ever interacted with lives here. So no matter who picks up a deal, they can see the full history of that relationship.

The Contacts List

Click on Contacts in the sidebar to see all your contacts in one place. Each row shows their email, phone, organization, and when they were last updated. You can filter and sort to find who you're looking for quickly.

To create a contact manually, hit + Create in the top right.

Inside a Contact

When you open a contact, you'll see their details on the left – name, email, phone, gender, organization, designation, and address. All editable inline.

On the right is a Deals tab that shows every deal this contact is linked to, along with the deal value and status. If a contact is involved in multiple deals across different organizations, you'll see all of them here. This is especially useful for sales reps managing relationships with contacts that span more than one opportunity.
