Reports

India Payroll ships the following reports, accessible from the India Payroll module.

ESIC Register

A month-wise ESI contribution statement showing each employee's gross wages, employee contribution (0.75%), employer contribution (3.25%), and coverage status. Use it to prepare the monthly filing for the ESIC portal.

LWF Register

A state-wise Labour Welfare Fund deduction register showing each employee's deduction status for the selected month — whether LWF was deducted, it was a non-deduction month, the employee is exempted, or their state has no LWF. Use it to prepare the remittance challan for the State Labour Welfare Board.

Bank Mandate Report

Lists each employee's net pay alongside their bank details (account number, IFSC, MICR, payment mode). Hand this to your bank or upload it to your ECS/NEFT batch processing system for salary disbursement.
